Each call is recorded in real time for all of our voice applications whether PSTN of IP. In every case, recordings are converted in real time to MP3, allowing for immediate download and review through the on-line MI System.
All MP3 files are ‘tagged’ with call specific information including CLI, Date and Time of call and Unique Reference Number. Standard MP3 tagging is employed to ensure the call details as well as the recording can be easily accessed through the on-line MI System. This system allows for file searches against a variety of criteria including CLI, Date Time, Campaign, URN, Agent. |
